ABOUT THE PRESENTATION

Spotlight Speaker TL Green (she/her), owner of Holistically Original, LLC presents "What Transition Looks Like."

When tackling new transitions in life, it is important to acknowledge it can manifest differently depending on context, and situation.  We should be prepared to work through 3 stages in transition, to allow for healing and growth during the journey.

• Stage 1, ending - be prepared to close whatever chapter you are leaving or wanting to change in your life
• Stage 2, neutral - be prepared to make hard/best decisions for the next journey (refer to your toolkit for help)
• Stage 3, new beginnings - be prepared to understand, you are the catalyst to the changes you are about to embark on

As you are working through this new space, remember transitions are a universal human experience and it's essential to acknowledge its challenges while also recognizing opportunities for growth and transformation.

ABOUT OUR SPOTLIGHT SPEAKER

TL Green is the owner of Holistically Original, LLC, a 1:1 transitional life coaching company located in Washington, DC. She partners with individuals who are in a state of transition in their personal and professional lives. She is particularly passionate about serving those in the BIPOC and LGBTQ+communities.

TL partners with her clients to support their desires to achieve lifelong goals. The atmosphere of positivity and acceptability are catalysts to invoke an exploration into the individual mind, body and spirit; the seats of motivation that can catapult each individual behavior to personal successes. Together, she co-creates with her clients plans that work best to face challenges and have maximum accomplishment in their lives. Her clients become the driving force behind the changes they desire for their personal and professional lives.

ABOUT THE RISE AND GRIND SPEAKER SERIES

Equality Chamber of Commerce and the Equality Chamber Foundation, in collaboration with TraxMethod, strive to serve its members and the business community by providing educational and informational seminars. Our goal is to gather experts in our community to discuss topics critical to small businesses and organizations. 

We believe it is our responsibility to offer the community an opportunity to hear from experts so that they can make decisions based on the facts and facilitate factually-based discussions.
